You can submit a request for access by writing to us (model - Word document) or use the secure form Request for access to documents.

Fees

Reproduction fees may be charged under the Regulation respecting fees for the transcription, reproduction or transmission of documents or personal information. However, the documents may be consulted free of charge at our Québec City office.

Compliance with the Act

The Directeur général des élections du Québec may, for the reasons stipulated in Act Respecting Access, refuse access in full or in part to certain documents.
