Categorization plan

The categorization plan is a structure consisting of headings and categories describing the Directeur général des élections du Québec’s processes and activities. These categories are used to classify all documents and files and to assist in locating them.

As a reference and research tool, this plan helps individuals locate those activities that have documents and files that have been created and received. It therefore makes the “access to information” exercise simpler.
