Classification plan

The classification plan is a structure of codes and headings describing all of our processes and our activities. These headings are used to classify all documents and records and to assist in their identification.

As a tool for reference and research, this plan outlines the activities for which documents and records were produced and received. It thus facilitates the exercise of the right of access to information.

If you wish to obtain documents held by us or if you need assistance to determine the documents that you require, please contact us.
