Change of Official Representative or Official Agent of a Party

The appointment and the resignation of an official representative or an official agent must be communicated in writing to the Directeur général des élections du Québec. Only the leader of the party or the person whom he has designated in writing to make changes to the register has the authority to give notification of such a change. In addition, in the case of an appointment, the official representative and the official agent must send the Directeur général des élections du Québec a notice whereby they indicate their consent to act in this capacity.
