When must a return of expenses be filed?

A private intervenor (elector, group or political party) must submit to the Directeur général des élections du Québec a return of all his expenses in the 30 days following polling day. The return of expenses of a private intervenor must be filed using the form stipulated by the Directeur général des élections du Québec.

Expenses permitted

The only expenses that a private intervenor is allowed to incur are related to advertising and cannot exceed, for the entire election period, an amount of $300.
