Four province-wide referendums have been held in the history of Québec:
- the 1919 referendum on the legality of selling wine and beer in Québec;
- the 1980 referendum on the sovereignty-association project for Québec;
- the 1992 referendum on the Charlottetown Constitutional Accord;
- the 1995 referendum on Québec’s accession to sovereignty.
