Submit a request

You can submit a request for access for a document and a request for access or correction to personal information about yourself by contacting the Access to Information and Privacy Office at the following:

Your request must be in writing and be sufficiently precise to allow us to identify the documents or information required. If you need assistance to submit your request, please contact us.

Processing time and fees payable

As of receipt, we have a period of 20 days to respond to your request for access. Please note that reproduction or transmission charges could be required under the Regulation respecting fees for the transcription, reproduction or transmission of documents or personal information (in French). However, documents can be consulted free of charge at our office in Québec.
