Statistics
- The number of votes cast is obtained by adding the number of valid ballots and the number of rejected ballots.
- Voter turnout is established by calculating the vote cast in relation to the number of registered electors.
- Approval of the Agreement is conditional upon a majority of the votes cast at the time of the referendum being in favour of the Agreement. Moreover, this majority must represent at least 25% plus one of all eligible electors.
