In this section

We have adopted a Release of information policy (under review) (PDF – in French) and a Personal information management policy. These policies (in French only) outline our commitments regarding the proactive release of information and the management of personal information.

Maintaining this inventory is a requirement under section 76 of the Access Act.

You have the right to be informed of the existence of information about you in a personal information file and to obtain a copy of that information. You may also request that any personal information about you be corrected or destroyed if it is inaccurate, incomplete, or ambiguous, or if its collection, disclosure, or conservation is not permitted by law.

If you wish to obtain or correct the personal information that we keep in one of these files, please submit a request.
