A representative from the Chief Electoral Officer will take part in a joint mission with the International Organisation of La Francophonie (OIF) and the Network of Francophone Electoral Skills (RECEF) in Benin. This mission is made up of 5 election experts. They will evaluate Benin’s Permanent Computerized Electoral Roll (LEPI).
