It is your responsibility to assume the cost of sending your ballot paper to Québec City.
The sending method is left up to your discretion. However, in order for your vote to count, the Directeur général des élections du Québec must receive it at his office in Québec City by mail or by courier not later than 8:00 p.m. (end of the period for exercising the right to vote in Québec).
