When must a return of expenses be completed?

A private intervenor who is an elector or the representative of a private intervenor must send the returning officer, in the 30 days following the day set for the poll, a return of all his expenses in the prescribed form.

This return must be accompanied with the invoices, receipts and other vouchers or certified true copies of these documents, as well as a sheet and a declaration under oath in the prescribed form.

Cost exceeding $300

When the cost of the writing, object, material, advertisement or publicity exceeds $300, only the name of an authorized candidate can be mentioned thereon as the person having caused it to be produced, published or disseminated.
