Description
This program aims to demystify the Québec election system and the exercise of the right to vote. It is particularly well suited to francization schools as well as youth and community organizations. Its multiple components help participants acquire the knowledge and develop the skills necessary to become engaged citizens and participate in democratic life.
Objectives
- Explain Québec’s election system and the different stages of an election
- Develop knowledge of electors’ rights and responsibilities
- Promote civic engagement and active participation in democracy
