In anticipation of the municipal general elections of November 2013 - Over 250 Québec municipalities will draw up their electoral map this year
Quebec City, January 26, 2012 – The Chief Electoral Officer of Québec and Chair of the Commission de la représentation électorale (CRE), Jacques Drouin, would like to point out that, in accordance with the Act respecting elections and referendums in municipalities (AERM), over 250 municipalities have to draw up their electoral map for the general elections of November 2013 by May 31, 2012.
