On polling day, the polling stations are open from 9:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Information during the election period

The day and the times when the polling station is open are indicated on the notice that the Directeur général des élections du Québec sends you at the beginning of the election period.

Moreover, the Directeur général des élections du Québec distributes a reminder card to each domicile a few days before the poll.The following information is indicated on this card:

  • the date and poll hours;
  • the address and number of your polling station;
  • the name of the candidates in your electoral division.
